SP Dev Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the KirivGE Manager mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
KirivGE Manager stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.The App may store the following data locally on your device:
- Song metadata (titles, authors, genres, lyrics, chords, sheet notes, etc.)
- Gig and performance information (dates, locations, financials)
- Repertoire and setlist data
- Contract documents
- User-entered profile information (e.g., name, instruments)
- App settings and preferences
2. Data Storage
All data is stored locally in an SQLite database on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server or third-party service.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- YouTube Player: When you add YouTube links to songs, the embedded YouTube player loads content from YouTube's servers. YouTube's own privacy policy applies to this content.
- Google Play / App Store In-App Purchases: The App uses the platform's billing system for the optional Pro upgrade. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by the platform. We do not collect or store any payment information.
4. Photos and Files
The App requests access to your photo library and file system solely to allow you to attach images and PDF files to your songs. These files are copied to the App's private storage on your device and are not shared externally.
5. Internet Access
The App requires internet access only for:
- Loading YouTube video content when you play embedded YouTube links
- Processing in-app purchases through Google Play / App Store
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade through the platform's billing system. All payment processing is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address.
7. Data Export and Backup
You can export your entire database for backup purposes. The exported file is saved to a location you choose on your device. You can also import songs from .txt files in ZIP archives. We have no access to your exported data.
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
